Sports Performance Training

The Sports Performance Training Program at Arborbrook will focus on two aspects of an athlete's development:

1) Speed & Agility
2) Strength & Conditioning

This program is designed to make players faster, stronger, and more agile, giving them an athletic advantage and helping them be the best athlete they can be! All current Arborbrook Athletes are welcome to participate for FREE (students and homeschoolers). Sport specific workouts will be created upon request.

Fridays from 11:00am-12:00pm @ Arborbrook (Gym)

Jay Miller

The Arborbrook Sports Performance Training Program will be developed and led by Assistant Athletic Director Jason Miller.

Coach Jay has been training athletes for over 15 years, at various levels, from youth sports to the collegiate level. During that time, he's developed a unique training philosophy, rooted in Muscle Memory, that guarantees results quickly. Coach Jay is extremely passionate about coaching & developing "complete athletes", and he believe this type of sports performance training is a crucial step in any athlete's journey to becoming the best he/she can be.
